Management of 480 ac Raggedy Creek Roost property
This property was purchased by PRPs mainly with a gift from the NWTF. The property has a conservation easement in place to preserve the wildlife habitat. It has 130 acres enrolled in the conservation reserve program and the balance is native pasture. We have done several acres of mechanical grubbing of undesirable woody plants such as mesquite and red juniper. |

Sustainable Cabin project
PRP joined forces with Dr. Fred Koch, of 3RF and Texas Tech University to complete this project. Dr. Koch provide funds to purchase the materials to construct the cabin and Texas Tech University’s Architecture department designed the cabin and constructed and set it on Raggedy Creek Roost property. |
